Each upload is checked by hand and signed before anyone can install it.
A plugin says what it can do; the product asks before every use.

SKILL.md with its front matter (name, description, triggers) and the files it refers to.
An MCP tool server: a .py (run by the product's own Python) or an .exe. Permissions from: network, files, commands, screen, microphone, clipboard.
Not allowed: anything that hides what it does, reads keys, passwords, cookies or wallets, installs services or drivers, or starts itself with Windows. Breaking that ends the account.
