What this site and the launcher keep
- Your account: e-mail, name, a hash of your password (we never see the password itself).
- Your PCs: for each PC you sign in on, a one-way hash of its Windows id, the name you see on your account page, when it was last seen and its IP address. This is how the PC limit works.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Card, UPI and bank details go to the payment provider ([Razorpay]) and never reach us.
- Security log: sign-ins, failed sign-ins, licence checks and downloads with their IP addresses, kept [180 days] to stop abuse.
- Hosted AI use: how many tokens you used each day (not what you asked).
What the products send, and to whom
FreezingEYES's assistant works on your PC. When you ask it something, your request goes to the AI service that answers it: [list them: e.g. Groq, Cohere, Anthropic]. When you ask about your screen, a screenshot of it goes with the question. Voice is turned into text by [the speech service]. Nothing is recorded or sent in the background. Your memories, files and settings stay on your PC. Add-ons from the store show what they can access before you install them.
