Refunds and cancellation
Draft to adapt: payment providers ask for a clear refund policy before they switch your account on. Pick your own numbers.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel any time on your account page. No more renewals are charged, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
New subscribers: if FreezingEYES isn't for you, write to [email protected] within [7] days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewals aren't refunded once the period has started, unless the products didn't work for you and we couldn't fix it.
Add-ons: write within [7] days if one doesn't work as described. Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5-7] working days of approval.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the provider retries for a few days; you keep access meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends and can be restarted any time.
