Terms of service
1. Who we are
FreezingEYES is run by [your name or company], [address], India ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
2. Your account
You need an account to subscribe, buy add-ons and use the launcher. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian accept these terms for you.
3. Subscriptions
A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the products it includes, on up to the number of PCs your plan allows, while it is paid. It renews automatically each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Add-ons and developers
Some add-ons in the store are made by independent developers. We review every version before it is offered, but the developer is responsible for their add-on. A purchased add-on is licensed to you for use with the product it was made for. Developers selling on the store also agree to the developer rules on the developers page: no hidden behaviour, no collecting keys, passwords, cookies or wallets, no services or drivers, no starting with Windows; we may remove an add-on and suspend its developer if they break them. Developers receive the share of each sale shown in their dashboard, paid by UPI or bank transfer.
5. What you may not do
Don't share your account or licence, resell access, remove or get around the licence checks, reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it, or use the products to break the law or harm others.
6. Hosted AI
Plans with hosted AI include a daily allowance. Requests are processed by third-party AI services (see the privacy policy). AI answers can be wrong: check anything important.
7. Ending
You can close your account any time by writing to us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; if we end your account without your fault, we refund the unused part of the period.
8. Warranty and liability
The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in [your city] have jurisdiction. Last updated: [date].
